Thank you for choosing The Pandia for your jewelry needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following terms:

  1. Return Period: If you're not happy with what you bought, just send it back within 30 days, and we'll give you your money back or exchange it for something else. We believe this time frame allows you to check out your jewelry and make a decision if that meets your satisfaction. 
  2. Condition of Jewelry: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging
  3. Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase. This documentation is necessary to initiate a return or exchange and helps us efficiently process your request.
  4. Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange your jewelry for another item, we are happy to accommodate your request within the return period. Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item exceeds the value of your original purchase, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
  5. Shipping Costs: We even cover the shipping costs for returns within the US, providing you with a free FedEx return shipping label to make the process easy. However, if you're returning something from outside the US, you'll need to cover the shipping costs due to potential taxes.

How to Return an Order 


Here's how you can return an order:


  1. Get the Return Shipping Authorization Code: Reach out to us to get a return shipping authorization code and ask for your free FedEx return shipping label. Make sure to write this code on the outside of the package you're returning.

  1. Packing your order: When sending back your item for a return or exchange, include all the original packaging and any accompanying materials, like the packing slip and certificates. To ensure security, avoid labeling the package with words like "jewelry" or "diamonds."

  1. Shipping and Insurance: Follow these steps to ensure the safety of your package. Place your item inside its original jewelry box, ideally using the original packaging from your order. If you don't have the original packaging, place the jewelry box inside a small FedEx Priority box and seal it. Attach the label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. Please note that neither The Pandia nor FedEx are responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or non-FedEx staffed locations. It's important to keep a FedEx receipt as proof of shipment, serving as insurance.
